Straight Talking was born from a simple belief: when people communicate clearly and honestly, work gets better — for everyone.
We’ve worked with organizations ranging from fast-moving startups to global names like Google, Meta, Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, and NATO. Whether we’re coaching senior leaders or running a team workshop, the goal is the same: help people show up, speak up, and connect in ways that actually move things forward.
Our approach is direct, practical, and always human. We’re not here to fix people — we create space where real conversations can happen, skills can grow, and teams can find their rhythm again.
Straight Talking is built on a blend of organizational psychology and ICF-accredited coaching expertise, combining behavioural science with the tools people need to lead, communicate, and collaborate with more confidence.
Sandbox Sessions were created as a playful, down-to-earth alternative to the typical training day. They’re energising, experiential, and designed to stick — because communication isn’t a soft skill, it’s a core skill.
